How to make creamy ice cream from just one ingredient

Oh boy when I first saw this my jaw dropped, literally.  I have yet to try it because I need to start freezing my bananas first!  But this recipe for creamy banana ice cream is prepared with ONLY frozen bananas. Intrigued?  Keep reading.

The steps are so easy. Just freeze your bananas for a couple of hours, cut and peeled, then put them in a food processor and blend until they start turning creamy. The beauty is you can add any other complimentary ingredient, like honey, peanut butter or melted chocolate. I cannot wait to make this and add some nuts and honey or even a bit of espresso. Yum!   1. I think I'm going to try this too, I just wonder if my smoothie mixer will do... I don't have a food processor.
